MY LEADERSHIP JOURNEY

My professional journey began in software engineering and evolved through product management, program leadership, and global engineering management.

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work across the automotive and medical technology industries, two industries where quality, innovation, customer expectations, and execution matter enormously.

At Robert Bosch, I progressed through engineering, product management, and global engineering leadership roles. I led teams across multiple countries, worked with global automotive customers, and contributed to infotainment, connectivity, and vehicle technology platforms.

One of the most rewarding parts of this journey was building and scaling organizations. I have grown engineering teams, established new capabilities, developed global collaboration models, and worked with diverse teams across cultures and geographies.

Today, at Medtronic, my focus is on advanced engineering, platforms, digital transformation, innovation, and building capabilities for the future.

This journey has given me a perspective that goes beyond technology:

I have learned that successful transformation is ultimately a people, business, and technology challenge all at the same time.

 

WHAT I BRING

Business Strategy

I enjoy connecting technology and engineering decisions with business objectives.

My experience includes responsibility for delivery outcomes, financial performance, investment decisions, strategic partnerships and business acquisition initiatives.

Technology Transformation

I have led large-scale technology transformation initiatives including cloud migration, DevOps adoption and modern engineering practices.

At Medtronic, I have led migration initiatives involving AWS and Azure and established engineering practices focused on scalability, resilience, productivity and release quality.

People Leadership

For me, leadership begins with people.

I believe leaders should create an environment where people have the clarity, trust, opportunity and support to do their best work.

My leadership has been recognized through the People Leader Engagement Award at Medtronic for three consecutive years — 2022, 2023 and 2024.

Innovation

I am passionate about turning ideas into capabilities.

My experience includes working with vendors, startups and academic institutions to accelerate innovation, as well as building Communities of Practice and capability-development initiatives.
